What are Speech/Drama Lessons? Speech/Drama lessons are whatever you need them to be! One of the greatest fears people have is to stand in front of people and talk. If you are faced with a situation where you need to feel more comfortable speaking to groups, you can benefit from Speech and Drama lessons. Some people want more confidence going into an audition for a play or a musical. We can help you choose a quality audition piece, prepare it, and be comfortable performing it. Maybe you are a Sunday School teacher who wants the lesson to flow more smoothly, and you want to be more confident in front of your students. We Can Help! About The Instructor Janey Hatfield graduated from Pensacola Christian College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music in 2002. She continued her studies and completed her Master of Arts degree in Music in May of 2004. During her studies, Janey prepared and performed a one-hour voice recital containing classics in 3 languages as well as modern American songs. She joined the music faculty at Pensacola Christian College where she taught voice, music theory, and speech for one year. She has a love for people and a passion for music and a desire to pass that love for music to others. She has been teaching and building a studio out of her home since the fall of 2005. |
